We are based in Randleman, NC, with over 30 years of experience in the furniture industry. We have made it our mission to offer high quality cushions and service to our customers nationwide, stay tuned as we are looking to expand worldwide in 2022.

In 2017 we opened up NC Patio Cushions, now Custom Cushion Factory. We noticed a need for higher quality cushions in the industry, we made it our mission to actively search for more decorative and durable materials to offer to our customers.

We have over 500 unique fabrics to choose from to fit your individual style and preferences! We offer outdoor and indoor fabrics, spill proof, pet proof, and kid proof fabric options as well!
Sewing
Our cushions, pillows, mattresses, and other products are one of a kind and sewn right here in the Carolinas. We offer custom items sewn to you and your family’s specific needs.

Premium Custom Cushions
All of our 1.5â€-4†cushions are each custom made with a removable cover fashioned with an easy access zipper. We have two main styles of cushion, standard style and french mattress style. Our french mattress style is our premium hand cut, handsewn, hand stuffed, and takes hours of precise craftsmanship to make.
Customer Specifications
We hand cut our cushions to our customer’s specifications and offer add-on options like piping, button tufting, ties, and velcro to customize your cushion even more. We also offer a wide variety of extraordinary indoor and/or outdoor fabrics with options that are pet friendly, kid friendly, and stain resistant.
